Urgent! Dangerous Philly Ordinance PASSED

Recently, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney signed a bill passed by City Council that would remove your city business operator’s license due to complaints OR citations against your business or because of any incidents occurring near your establishment. This directly affects your licensed businesses and if found in violation, force you to close your business in the city.

We will be having an emergency meeting next week, Wednesday, September 21st, 2016 to discuss the plan of action against the ordinance. We will also hear updates from John Longacre and Michael Weiss on their discussions with individual council members regarding the ordinance. Attorney Steve Murphy, who has won several successful court cases against the city on behalf of licensees, will also be in attendance to advise on efforts.

Save Your Rights and Your Business! Do Not Miss This Meeting:

When: Wednesday, September 21st, 2pm

Where: Rosewood Bar, 1302 Walnut St., Philadelphia, 19107 (Center City)
